Make a Difference With Socktober
Socktober is a powerful way to bring communities together during Mission Month to support children in need around the world. At the heart of the program is the sockball — a symbol of hope in many communities. Made using recycled materials, it reflects how children overseas persevere and find joy through sport, despite facing daily challenges. By creating and playing with sockballs, students experience a small part of the lives of children in other parts of the world, building empathy, awareness, and a sense of global responsibility.
